병역 의무를 면탈한 래퍼 라비에게 징역 2년이 구형됐다.Ravi, a rapper who escaped military service, was sentenced to two years in prison.
11일 서울남부지법 형사7단독(김정기 판사)은 병역법 위반 등 혐의로 기소된 라비, 나플라 등 8명에 대한 1차 공판을 진행했다.On the 11th, Seoul Southern District Court held its first trial against eight people, including Ravi and Napla, who were indicted on charges of violating the Military Service Act. 검찰은 라비에게 징역 2년을, 나플라에게는 징역 2년 6개월을 각각 구형했다.Prosecutors demanded two years in prison for Ravi and two and a half years for Napla, respectively.

지난 3일 공개된 라비와 그루블린 김 공동대표, 나플라 등의 공소장에 따르면, 라비는 2012년 첫 병역 신체검사에서 기관지 천식으로 3급 현역 판정을 받은 뒤 지속해서 병역을 미루다 2019년 재검에서 4급 판정을 받았다.According to the indictment of Ravi, co-CEO Kim of GROOVLINE, and Napla, which was released on the 3rd, Ravi was sentenced to level 4 in the 2019 re-examination after continuing to delay his military service after being diagnosed with bronchial asthma in the first military service physical examination in 2012.

김 공동대표는 라비와 협의해 그해 3월 5000만 원을 주고 구 씨와 계약을 맺었다.Kim negotiated with Ravi and signed a contract with Koo for 50 million won in March of that year. 구 씨 설계에 따라 라비는 외래진료에서 의사에게 “1년에 2∼3번 정도 나도 모르게 기절할 때가 있다”는 등 거짓말을 했지만 같은해 4월 담당 의사로부터 “검사 결과 특별한 이상 증상이 확인되지 않아 별다른 치료나 약이 필요치 않다”는 진단을 받았다.According to Koo's design, Ravi lied to the doctor at outpatient treatment, saying, "There are times when I faint unconsciously about two to three times a year," but in April of the same year, he was diagnosed by the doctor in charge that "the test did not confirm any special abnormal symptoms."

결국 라비는 지난해 5월 병무청에서 5급 군 면제 처분을 받았다가 두 달 뒤 약물 처방 기간 산출에 오류가 있었다는 병무청 판단에 따라 그해 9월 4급으로 재판정, 2022년 10월 사회복무요원으로 입소했다.In the end, Ravi was exempted from Grade 5 military service by the Military Manpower Administration in May last year, but two months later, he was judged to be Grade 4 in September of that year and entered the hospital as a social service agent in October 2022.
라비와 같은 소속사인 나플라는 2016년 첫 신체검사에서 2급을 받은 뒤 여러 차례 병역을 연기하다 2020년 10월 재검에서 우울증과 공황장애로 4급 판정을 받았다.Napla, an agency like Ravi, was class 4 due to depression and panic disorder in October 2020 after delaying military service several times after receiving class 2 in the first physical examination in 2016. 2021년 2월 더는 병역 연기가 불가능해져 서초구청 사회복무요원으로 입대해야 하는 상황이 되자, 구 씨 조언에 따라 우울증이 악화한 것처럼 가장해 사회복무요원 분할 복무를 신청했다.In February 2021, when it was no longer possible to postpone military service and he had to enlist as a social service worker at Seocho-gu Office, he applied for divisional service as if depression had worsened according to Koo's advice.
