-지난해 7월 데뷔한 후 6개월 만에 이미 톱 클래스 대열에 합류했다.- Six months after his debut in July last year, he has already joined the top-class lineup. 뉴진스가 데뷔부터 이러한 성과들을 거둔 가장 이유를 우선 순위로 세 가지만 꼽아본다면.If I were to pick three reasons why Newzins has achieved these achievements since its debut.
▶(민지) 우선순위를 고르기 어려운데 좋은 음악, 뉴진스 멤버 뿐만 아니라 저희 앨범을 함께 만들어주신 많은 분들의 엄청난 노력, 곡과 어울리는 계절에 앨범을 발매한 좋은 타이밍 이 세 가지가 한 번에 잘 맞아떨어져서 가능했던 것 같다.▶ (Minji) It's hard to choose a priority, but I think it was possible because three things worked well at once, not only good music, but also the great efforts of the New Jin's members, and the good timing of releasing the album in a season that matches the song. ▶(다니엘) 우선 저희의 음악이 큰 이유 중 하나일 것 같고, 지금까지 저희를 위해 힘써주신 많은 분들의 노력과 도전이 모두 합쳐져서 생긴 결과물이라고 생각한다.▶ (Daniel) First of all, I think our music is one of the big reasons, and I think it is a result of combining all the efforts and challenges of many people who have worked hard for us so far.

▶(하니) 대중분들이 저희에게 사랑과 관심을 주신 만큼 더 멋있는 모습들과 무대들을 보여드리고 싶은 욕심이 들지만 그럴 때는 그냥 최대한 즐기려고 한다.▶(Hani) As much as the public has given us love and interest, we are greedy to show you cooler images and stages, but when that happens, we just try to enjoy it as much as possible. 저희끼리 재미있게 하려고 마음을 먹으면 그런 부담감은 줄어들고 더 즐길 수 있게 되는 것 같다.If we decide to have fun together, the burden seems to be reduced and we can enjoy it more.
-민희진 대표가 뉴진스에게 가장 강조하는 점이 있다면.Q: What does CEO Min Hee-jin emphasize most to New Jinx? 그리고 민 대표와 소통하는 방식도 궁급하다.In addition, it is difficult to communicate with Min.
▶(혜인) 대표님께서 평소에 사람이 솔직해야 그 사람의 매력이 느껴진다고 얘기를 해주셨던 게 떠오른다.I remember CEO ▶ (Hye-in) telling me that I can feel the person's charm only when a person is honest. 그리고 실제로 대표님께서도 저희와 같이 대화를 나눌 때 솔직하게 대해주셔서 저희도 같이 숨김 없이 편하게 소통하게 되는 것 같다.In fact, the CEO is also honest when talking with us, so we can communicate comfortably without hiding anything.
-뉴진스가 지난해 7월부터 선보여 온 콘셉트는 90년대 유행하던 아이템들이 많다.The concept that Newzins has been introducing since July last year is that there are many items that were popular in the 1990s. 뉴진스 멤버들에는 정작 생소했을텐데, 이런 감성과 아이템을 어떻게 이해하려고 노력했는지.It must have been unfamiliar to New Jin's members, but how they tried to understand these emotions and items.
▶(하니) 저희는 90년대 유행했던 아이템을 처음 접했을 때 되게 신선하게 느껴져서 더 배우고 싶고 더 알고 싶게 됐다.▶(Hani) When we first encountered items that were popular in the 90s, we felt very fresh, so we wanted to learn more and get to know more. 주변에 계신 스태프분들이 늘 그 시대의 추억들을 이야기해주셔서 그 시대에는 어땠을지 상상돼서 재미있었다.It was fun to imagine what it was like in that era because the staff around me always told me about the memories of that era.
▶(해린) 저는 지금 저희가 하는 콘셉트가 전혀 생소하다고 느끼지 않았다.▶ (Haerin) I didn't feel that the concept we're doing now was unfamiliar at all. 개인적으로는 전부터 많이 봐왔던 것이기 때문에 저에게는 너무나도 익숙했다.Personally, it was very familiar to me because I had seen it a lot since before. 오랜 시간 많은 분들의 사랑을 받은 대표적인 콘셉트나 분위기를 많이 공부하고 배웠기 때문에, 저희 콘셉트에 레트로한 부분들이 많다고 느끼시는 것 같다.Since we studied and learned a lot of representative concepts and atmospheres that have been loved by many people for a long time, you seem to feel that there are many retro parts in our concept.
-최근 '디토' 뮤직비디오가 '무한도전'과 비교되며 온라인 상에서 재미있게 소비되고 있는데, 어떤 생각이 들었는지.Q: What do you think about the recent "Ditto" music video being compared to "Infinite Challenge" and being consumed online?
▶(민지) 재미있게 봤다.▶ (Minji) I enjoyed watching it. 최근에 다시 ‘무한도전’을 보니 '디토' 특유의 아련한 느낌 덕에 방송을 그리워하는 마음이 커졌다는 댓글을 보기도 했다.Recently, I saw a comment saying that watching "Infinite Challenge" again has made me miss the broadcast thanks to the faint feeling unique to "Ditto."
-많은 연예인들이 뉴진스의 '하이프 보이' 댄스를 커버하고 있는데, 인상적으로 본 인물이 있는지.Q: Many celebrities are covering New Jin's "Hype Boy" dance. Do you have anyone who impressed you?
