RM은 2일 자신의 소셜네트워크서비스에 'BTS RM 개인정보 무단 열람한 코레일 직원' 관련 내용이 담긴 기사를 캡처해 게재했다.RM captured and posted an article on his social network service on the 2nd about "BTS RM, a KORAIL employee who viewed personal information without permission." 이어 "^^;;" 이모티콘을 덧붙여 불편한 심경을 내비쳤다.He then added a "^^;;" emoticon to express his discomfort.
지난 1일 코레일에 따르면, 직원인 A씨는 지난 2019년부터 3년 동안 18차례에 걸쳐 RM의 승차권 정보, 주소, 휴대전화 번호 등 개인정보를 조회했다.According to KORAIL on the 1st, A, an employee, inquired personal information such as RM's ticket information, address, and mobile phone number 18 times over the past three years since 2019.
