▲ 어릴 때 운동을 진짜 많이 했다.▲ I exercised a lot when I was young. 하루 종일 운동한 적도 있다.Sometimes I worked out all day. 그게 지금의 체력에 도움이 되는 게 아닌가 싶다.I think that's good for my current physical strength. 지금은 필라테스 한다.Now I do Pilates. 저한테 제일 잘 맞는다.It suits me best. 연기하다보면 경직될 때가 많은데, 그런 것들을 릴렉스 시켜주고 유연성에도 좋다.There are many times when I get stiff when I act, but it relaxes those things and is good for flexibility. 일 없을 때는 일주일에 3~4번 정도 하는 것 같다.When I don't have work, I think I do it three to four times a week.
