법정에서 법관의 유무 또한 큰 차이다.The presence or absence of judges in court is also a big difference. '안방판사'에서는 변호사들만 등장하며 판사가 나오지 않는다.In "Principal Judge," only lawyers appear, and no judges appear. 프로그램 말미 원고와 피고의 승패가 갈리기는 하지만 시청자들에게 판결의 여지를 남기듯이 '열린 결말'로 끝맺음을 맺는다.At the end of the program, the victory or defeat between the plaintiff and the defendant is divided, but it ends with an "open ending" as it leaves viewers room for judgment.
'안방판사' 정동현 PD는 "(프로그램을 통해)판결이 내려지기는 하지만 효력이 있는 게 아니다"라며 "판결이 중요하다고 생각하지 않는다, 실제 법정이 아닌 이상 누가 맞다 틀리다는 결론을 내릴 수 없다, 안방에서 시청하는 시청자분들이 모두 '안방판사'이며 누군가 판결을 정확히 내려준다기보다는 각자 판단할 수 있는 자리를 만들었으면 좋겠다고 생각했다"라고 했다."The judgment is made (through the program), but it's not effective," said PD Chung Dong-hyun. '지옥법정' 박경식 PD는 "갈등을 겪는 당사자들이 방송에까지 나와서 본인의 얘기를 하는 가장 큰 이유는 '과연 나와 상대 중 사람들은 누구의 말에 더 공감되는지' 에 대해 직접 물어보고 싶은 마음일 것이라고 생각했다"라며 "그 역할을 가장 잘 해주실 수 있다고 판단한 실제 판사 출신 전문가에게 판결에 대한 역할을 맡기고, 그로 인해 당사자들이 속 시원히 재판 결과를 받아들일 수 있도록 하기 위해서 판결을 내리기로 했다"라고 설명했다."I thought the biggest reason why the conflicting parties came out on the air and talked about themselves would be to ask directly who I and my opponents sympathize with more," said Park Kyung-sik, producer of the 'Hell Court.'
